Alexander serves as Vote at Home’s Operations Manager. In this role he creates systems, processes, and tools that remove pain points in the workflow of teams and individuals. Alexander is focused on creating organizational infrastructure that leverages the work of each team member, allowing the team to have an outsized impact. He finds true joy in this work, and delights in supporting an organization that is improving the voter experience and reforming democracy.
Before entering the Democracy Reform space in 2020, Alexander spent 7 years in small business operations. Five years with a top-producing residential real estate team, and two years with a roofing company - both in Colorado. Before that Alexander taught English for two years in rural Japan through the JET Program. As a 3rd generation Coloradan, Alexander can be found running Denver’s parks and trails or playing flag football in the DGLFFL (with far more sunscreen than his skin can absorb).
