MEET WAYNE

Wayne’s passion for democracy shines through when he talks about his job as Deputy Secretary of State for Elections in Nevada. In this role, he spends each day thinking about how he can make voting easier for Nevadans.

Wayne didn't grow up dreaming of administering elections, but now that he's been bit by the elections bug, he can't imagine doing anything else. Helping Nevadans vote is what drives him to get up every morning and push through sleepless nights.

They say that when you love what you do, it doesn't feel like work. Wayne's love of democracy and voting is what allows him to put his blood, sweat and tears into this election.
